This hard armor plate is a designed with multi curvatures (multi-curve) to provide an ergonomic and comfortable fitting armor system against your body. This armor system is equipped with state of the art trauma reduction technology to dramatically minimize the energy of an impact.
The SA Level III+ Rifle Plate is tested at muzzle velocities which are listed in the below ‘threat profile’ table and describes the rated ammunition this armor system will defeat.
SA Armor is engineered with the highest grade of ballistic materials; an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber bound with a resin matrix and a front layer of Boron Oxide to make it a rigid hard stand alone armor system.
This armor system is tested at muzzle velocities, mitigates spall and deflection.
